Designed by Nathanael Herreshoff for the shoal waters of Biscayne Bay.

Built in Williamsburg by a master carpenter who is head of all marine activity at Jamestown Colony and was number two in command of Pride of Baltimore.

Boat Specifications: length 14′ 5″, beam 5’, draft (board up) 1’, (board down) 3’, displacement 1000 lbs., type of hull: centerboard with external ballast keel.

Construction: double chine with marine plywood planking on white oak frames, floors, keel, and stem. Deck and floorboards are cedar. Coamings are vanished mahogany. Spars are varnished Sitka spruce.

Sails: new Dacron main and jib (122 square feet of sail area)

Trailer: two-year-old LoadRite

Currently resides in Hayes, Virginia.
