Director, World Ocean Observatory

Peter Neill serves as Director of the World Ocean Observatory and Ocean Classroom Foundation and as trustee of the Penobscot Marine Museum. He is former President (1985-2005) of the South Street Seaport Museum, past President of the Council of American Maritime Museums and International Congress of Maritime Museums, and is an author and contributor to books, magazines, and media projects on maritime art, history, literature and culture.
