Here are a few things that we’re working on in the development of the new website.
We’re paying close attention to the feedback members have given us via last week’s survey.

Top of the List:
Three features that are at the top of members’ wishlists (so we’re working hard to make them a reality):
- Staying logged in so you don’t have to log in on each visit
- Making the site more mobile friendly for tablets and phones
- Casting OCH videos to your big screen TV

It’s been fun creating the various categories, tags and grouping of videos, and my favorite new feature is the “Surprise Me!” button that feels like pulling the handle on a slot machine to provide a random selection of good videos you may not have seen.

I have often thought that to accompany the “Boats for Sale” offerings, a “Want to Purchase” section could be useful and might also aid the boat building professionals.

OCH website does a good job of providing Content, whereas some other websites are too focused on Structure. The best feature OCH offers is 2 way interaction with Guides (Web 3.0), most other sites are Transmit Only (Web 1.0). Keep up the great work!
